13. Future Marketplace

Fluentrise may operate a digital marketplace where independent creators can list educational products such as courses, PDFs, communities, templates, and other approved digital products.

Marketplace creators remain responsible for:

Copyright ownership.

Compliance with applicable laws.

Fluentrise provides a platform to promote and facilitate the sale of approved products but does not become the owner of creator content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Marketplace products may be reviewed before publication and may be removed, suspended, or rejected if they:

Breach Fluentrise policies.
Harm the reputation or safety of the platform.

Revenue sharing, creator payouts, promotional services, visibility boosts, and additional Marketplace features will be governed by separate Marketplace Creator Terms published when the Marketplace launches.

Fluentrise reserves the right to modify Marketplace features, commission structures, promotional systems, and operational processes as the platform evolves.

14. Content Standards

Makes false income claims.
Misrepresents Fluentrise.
Uses deceptive marketing.
Violates copyright.
Contains hate speech.
Promotes illegal activities.
Misleads customers.

Fluentrise may require removal of such content.

15. User Generated Content

By submitting content to Fluentrise, you confirm that:

You own the content or have permission to use it.
It does not infringe third-party rights.
It does not violate applicable laws.

You grant Fluentrise a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, or reference submitted content for marketing or educational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
