- General creator discussions
Off-topic conversations may be removed to keep the community useful for everyone.
No Spam or Self-Promotion
To keep the community valuable, please do not:
- Advertise unrelated products or services
- Share referral links
- Promote external businesses without permission
- Repeatedly post the same message
- Send unsolicited direct messages to other members
If promotional opportunities become available in the future, they will be announced by Fluentrise.
Protect Your Account
Your Fluentrise account and community access are for your personal use only.
Please do not:
- Share your account
- Share community access
- Sell your membership
- Allow others to use your login
Unauthorized sharing may result in suspension or termination of access.
Respect Intellectual Property
Please respect the work of Fluentrise and other creators.
Do not:
- Share paid course materials
- Upload copyrighted content without permission
- Record or redistribute paid community content
- Copy creator materials without authorization
Protecting intellectual property helps support creators and keeps the community fair for everyone.
Ask Questions Freely
Questions are always welcome.
There are no “beginner” questions in Fluentrise.
If you’re stuck, ask.
Learning together is one of the main reasons these communities exist.
Give Constructive Feedback
When giving feedback to another member:
- Be honest
- Be respectful
- Focus on improvement
- Avoid personal criticism
Constructive feedback helps everyone grow.
Creator Discussions
Creators are welcome to discuss:
- Course ideas
- Product validation
- Content structure
- Marketplace preparation
- Learning strategies
However, submitting ideas or discussing concepts inside the community does not create any ownership rights for other members.
Creators remain responsible for protecting their own intellectual property.
Marketplace Discussions
The Fluentrise Marketplace is designed to support educational creators.
Community discussions about Marketplace opportunities are encouraged.
However:
- Marketplace approval is separate from community participation.
- Community membership does not guarantee Marketplace approval.
- Community participation does not guarantee promotion or sales.
Reporting Problems
If you notice:
- Harassment
- Spam
- Copyright infringement
- Fraud
- Fake accounts
- Inappropriate behaviour
Please report it to the Fluentrise team through our official support channels.
We review reports fairly and confidentially.
Moderator Decisions
Our moderators work to keep the community safe and productive.
Moderators may:
- Remove inappropriate content
- Close discussions
- Issue warnings
- Restrict posting
- Remove community access for repeated or serious violations
These decisions are made to protect the overall community experience.
Community Access
Community access is provided only to eligible members according to the product or membership purchased.
Access may end if:
- Your membership expires
- Your subscription is cancelled
- You repeatedly violate these Community Guidelines
- Your account is found to be involved in fraud or misuse
Any action taken will be based on the circumstances and our applicable policies.
