Ideal
- Create 4 talking-head short videos per week.
Minimum
- Create 2 talking-head short videos per week.
Platforms
- Upload every video to:
- YouTube Shorts
- Instagram Reels
Languages
- If you are comfortable, create content in Hindi, English, or both, depending on your assigned content strategy.
4 videos × 2 platforms × 2 languages = 16 uploads per week (ideal).Upload Schedule
- There is no fixed upload day.
- Complete your weekly uploads anytime between Sunday and Saturday.
- Upload timings for a day will be specified later.
Availability
- Stay Active by publishing at least 2 videos per week.
- If you need a break of more than one week, please inform us in advance.
- 2 consecutive weeks without meeting the minimum requirement and without prior notice will change your status to Inactive.
- Resume creating content and meet the minimum weekly requirement to become Active again.

Commission Tracking & Payments
Every approved Distribution Associate receives access to the FluentRise Affiliate System, allowing them to monitor their referrals and commissions.
Affiliate Dashboard
As soon as you join the Probationary Distribution Associate Batch, you’ll receive:
- Your personal affiliate dashboard
- A unique affiliate referral link
- Click and referral tracking
- Approved commission tracking
- Payout history
Your dashboard is updated as referrals are verified and commissions are approved.
Weekly Commission Statement
Every week, your dashboard and payout statement will reflect:
- Approved sales
- Commission percentage applied
- Commission earned
- Refund adjustments (if applicable)
- Total commission payable
Weekly Payment
Commission payouts are processed every week via UPI.
Payments include all verified commissions earned during the applicable payout period. Once your payment has been processed, a payout confirmation will be shared with you.
Commission Verification
All commissions are calculated from verified purchases attributed to your affiliate link.
If a customer reports a referral issue or attribution needs to be reviewed, FluentRise will investigate the purchase records and update the commission where appropriate.
Transparent Affiliate System
Your affiliate dashboard provides a centralized record of your referral performance, approved commissions, and payout history.
Our goal is to ensure every Distribution Associate has a clear, reliable, and transparent view of their affiliate activity throughout the partnership.
Weekly Reporting
Each week, every Distribution Associate submits a short Weekly DA Report.
This helps us:
- Track published content
- Measure performance
- Improve future content strategies
- Calculate commissions accurately
The report includes:
- Published video links
- Hooks used
- Topics covered
- Bridge statements
- Assigned coupon code
Hiring Process
- Read the Video Instructions (PDF)
- Join our Telegram channel
- Record your Introduction Video
- Record your Sample Promotional Video
- Answer the Application Questionnaire and submit it along with your YouTube (Unlisted) video links.
- Selected candidates enter a 7-day probation
- Successful candidates become Regular Distribution Associates
